Pellon Waxing Strips are the precut, non woven strips we use with soft wax in the treatment room. Each pack holds 100 strips at 2.75 by 8 inches, ready to pull straight from the pack, so you are not stopping between clients to cut strips from a roll.
The strips are firm enough to press down and pull cleanly without stretching or tearing, yet flexible enough to follow the curves of the body, and they do not fray or leave lint behind on the skin. The full size works well for legs, arms, backs, and the bikini area, and a strip cut in half or thirds is just right for brows, lip, and chin.
They work with any soft wax that is removed with a strip, including our Rosin Free Clear Soft Strip Wax and Honey Soft Strip Wax. They were chosen by Tawnya Fornerod, a licensed esthetician with almost 25 years in the beauty industry who owns multiple studios, and they are the same strips she uses in her own treatment rooms.
How to use in the room
Press a strip onto freshly applied soft wax and rub it firmly two or three times in the direction of hair growth. Hold the skin taut and pull quickly against the direction of growth, keeping the strip low and close to the skin. You can press the same strip down again on the same client until it is full of wax, then throw it away. Never use a strip on more than one client.
