Shipping Policy

Every Just The Strip order ships from our home base in Southern Oregon. Orders are packed and shipped within one to two business days, Monday through Friday, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. At checkout you can choose between USPS and UPS, and we currently ship within the United States only.

Free shipping on orders of $200 or more

Orders of $200 or more ship free, with a few exceptions for products that are simply heavy or bulky to ship: Honey Soft Strip Wax, Clear Rosin Free Soft Strip Wax, PRO Nourishing Oils in the 8 oz size, and Pre and Post Waxing Oils in the 16 oz glass pump and one gallon sizes. When one of these items is in your cart, the shipping charge you see covers only the cost of shipping those specific items, and the rest of your order still ships free once you are over $200. As a small, family owned business we are not able to absorb the freight on heavier products, and we keep those rates as close to our actual cost as we can.

Our shipping promise

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going. If we ever find that you were charged $2 or more over what we actually paid to ship your order, we will automatically refund the difference to your original payment method and send you an email to let you know. You never have to ask.

Delivery times

Once your order leaves us, delivery times are set by the carrier and are estimates rather than guarantees. Most orders arrive within two to five business days depending on where you are. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control, but if a package seems lost, email us and we will help track it down.

Damaged or missing items

We ship glass, and we pack carefully, but things can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email hello@justthestrip.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will make it right.
