The easiest way to find out whether Just The Strip belongs in your treatment room is to use it on yourself and a few clients first, so our sample kits are made for exactly that. They are not little sachets. A Pro Retail Starter Kit pairs a full size ingrown hair serum, Smooth Operator or Truth Serum, with a full size Nourishing Oil in the scent you choose, for $10. The Deluxe kit adds a full size Simply Pure Body Wash for $15, which gives you the complete three step routine we use in our own studios. Run it on a handful of clients, watch what happens to their ingrowns over a waxing cycle, and you will know.
Pick Smooth Operator if your clients struggle with stubborn ingrowns and razor bumps, or Truth Serum, our acid free serum built on botanicals and the one we recommend for clients who are pregnant or nursing, if you see a lot of sensitive skin or do facial waxing. Choose Plain Jane, our fragrance free and nut free oil, if you want the gentlest option, or Dreamsicle, Slow Your Roll, Silky Smooth Sandalwood, or Lemon Dream if you want to see which scent your clients reach for. If you offer lash lifts or brow laminations, the two application sample kit lets you try our lash lift and brow lamination system on a model before switching your studio over.
Sample kits are for licensed waxers, sugarists, estheticians, and salon owners with an active business, and we confirm professional status on every order, so check out with your business name and email. We limit sample kits to four single retail products per customer, since they are priced to let you try the line, not to stock it. When you are ready to stock it, every product here is available in PRO 3 packs at half of retail, and orders of $200 or more ship free from Southern Oregon, where many of these products are made in small batches.

Yes, our sample kits are full size products, not sachets. A Pro Retail Starter Kit contains the same serum and full size Nourishing Oil your clients would buy at retail, priced at $10, so you can put the routine through a real trial on real clients.
Should I choose the Smooth Operator kit or the Truth Serum kit?
Choose Smooth Operator if your clients mostly come to you with ingrowns and razor bumps, and Truth Serum if you see sensitive or reactive skin, expecting clients, or a lot of facial and brow waxing. If you are not sure, order one of each, since the four product limit allows it.
How should I test a sample kit?
Use it on yourself first so you can speak to it, then send it home with two or three regular clients and check in at their next appointment. A waxing cycle is long enough to see the difference in ingrowns and irritation, and that conversation is the same one you will have at the retail shelf later.
Why is there a limit on sample kits?
Sample kits are priced well below the 3 pack cost to let you try the line, not to stock a shelf, so we limit them to four single retail products per customer. That is enough to trial both serums and the body wash, and if you order more, we will refund the extras rather than ship them.
What is in the lash lift and brow lamination sample kit?
The lash lift and brow lamination sample kit holds two applications of each step of our professional system, enough for one lash lift and one brow lamination, or two of either, on a model before you commit to the full ten application kit. It is sold to licensed professionals who are already trained in these services.
What happens after the sample kit?
Most pros move to a 3 pack of the serum they chose and a 3 pack of Nourishing Oils, which covers the treatment room and the retail shelf, then add Simply Pure Body Wash and the brow and lash oils as those start moving.
