Truth Serum is the serum that lets you say yes to every client. It is acid free and built on witch hazel, golden chamomile, and purslane, so it suits sensitive and reactive skin, facial and brow waxing, and clients who are pregnant or nursing. It was created by Tawnya Fornerod, a licensed esthetician with almost 25 years in the beauty industry who owns multiple studios, as the gentle serum she wanted to be able to hand to any client who asks whether aftercare is safe for them.

A 3 pack gives you one bottle for the room and two for the shelf at half of retail. It can be applied several times a day, so it is easy to use on every client without a long conversation about skin type, and the glass spray bottle keeps it fast in the room: spray, massage in, and move on to Nourishing Oil. Many studios keep Truth Serum and Smooth Operator side by side and choose per client, which makes it the simplest upsell you will ever make. How to use in the room

After the service, spray onto clean skin and massage in until absorbed, then follow with a few drops of PRO Nourishing Oil. Send the client home with instructions to use it once or twice a day between appointments.

Ingredients you can explain to a client in one breath. Witch hazel calms, golden chamomile soothes the look of redness, and purslane, aloe, and panthenol hydrate, with no salicylic, glycolic, or lactic acid, no parabens, and no added fragrance. Truth Serum ALL NATURAL Ingrown Hair Serum 3 Pack

Anyone pregnant or nursing, anyone with an aspirin allergy, anyone with sensitive or reactive skin, and every facial or brow waxing client. If a client has stubborn body ingrowns and tolerates acids well, Smooth Operator is the stronger choice. Keeping both on the shelf and choosing per client is the simplest upsell in the room.

Spray it on right after the wax and say what it is while you massage it in: an acid free serum made for sensitive skin and pregnancy, created by an esthetician.
