Coming soon: a new and improved formula. The Polisher is being reformulated, and it is sold out while the new version is made. We will restock as soon as it is ready.
The Polisher is our exfoliating body polish, made for the days between waxing appointments when skin needs more than a sugar scrub. The new formula pairs pumice, a fine volcanic mineral that buffs away rough, dry skin, with glycolic and lactic acids, which loosen the dead skin cells that build up over the follicle. Glycerin keeps skin hydrated while it works, so it rinses off smooth and soft rather than tight.
That combination of physical and gentle chemical exfoliation is what makes it so helpful for anyone who waxes, sugars, or shaves. Clearing buildup from over the follicle helps hair grow through instead of curling back under the surface, so used two or three times a week, starting 24 to 48 hours after your wax, it helps prevent ingrown hairs and keeps skin smooth between appointments. The new formula contains no pecan shell, so it is nut free.
The new Polisher will be made for us in the USA by a woman owned manufacturing partner, and the full ingredient list will be posted here when it launches. In the meantime, Sugar Body Scrub is a gentle, acid free way to keep exfoliating, and our Exfoliating Gloves and Silicone Cactus Scrubber help any scrub go further. Licensed professionals will be able to buy it in PRO 3 packs at half of retail.
How to use
Two or three times a week, massage a small amount onto damp skin in gentle circles, giving extra attention to rough, dry, or bump prone areas like the bikini line, knees, and elbows. Rinse well, then follow with your serum and Nourishing Oil. Wait 24 to 48 hours after waxing or sugaring before you use it.
Caution: Contains glycolic and lactic acids, which can make skin more sensitive to the sun, so use sunscreen on exposed skin while you use it and for a week afterward. Do not use it on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin, or on freshly waxed skin for the first 24 to 48 hours. If you are pregnant or nursing, check with your doctor before using products with acids.

It will be made in the USA by a woman owned manufacturer, and it was created by Tawnya Fornerod, a licensed esthetician with almost 25 years in the beauty industry.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 32 reviews.
My clients have been LOVING the polisher scrub in addition to their skin routine. Pairs perfectly with the nourishing oil.
I love this scrub! I love that it is both physical and chemical, with the lactic and glycolic acid and can be used for all over the body. My clients bought it out immediately and I can’t keep it on the shelf!
I took this picture to share with my clients that it’s one of my favorite exfoliating products. Super gentle & soothing for the waxed area! I definitely recommend it. I’ve used it every other day for the last two Brazilians I’ve gotten done & no ingrowns. Love that
My clients and myself are all addicted to this scrub. It’s perfect for all over including sensitive areas and legs. It leaves you smooth as butter and ready for moisturizer after your shower. I can’t live without this and only wish it came in a large jar 😏
This polisher is just MAGIC. This has been such a help with exfoliating my skin between waxes. It’s pregnancy safe and it’s been such a dream to use. Plus it smells fantastic! Love love LOVE it

We are so happy to hear you are loving it!
Need to order more, however, the polisher is out of stock. Availability is key to keeping the customer. I will be looking for an alternative due to lack of available product. Really do not want to change but do not have another option.

We are reformulating the polisher and very excited for the new one. Creating a new product, performing stability testing and more can take time. We will be announcing its release soon and hope to have it back in the next 6 weeks or so. Maybe even sooner, fingers crossed. Thank you for sharing and we look forward to getting it back in your hands. In the meantime, please try our new sugar scrubs.
I like the scrub itself, however the tube is a little bit of a struggle to squeeze when getting the product out, the hole doesn’t seem wide enough, also with it being a twist off, and doing this in the shower can be a bit slippery. I’ve read other reviews that clients were having a hard time with the same thing.
The Polisher is gentle and SO effective! My clients absolutely love it! With Strip, shipping is always quick, with little touches of love included in the packages they send out ❤️ I highly, highly recommend all of the Strip products!
I love the scent of this! I'm not a huge Sugar Scrub fan and was sad when I realized it was sugar based, but will still order a couple for clients that like sugar scrubs.
I love the Polisher exfoliant scrub!! I love how easily it comes out of the bottle so that you can perfectly measure the amount you want to use when targeting an area of your body (underarms, bikini, inner thighs, feet, knees, etc). You feel the gentle scrub working into your skin while it turns into a milky soft cleanse that smells so nice. Rinses away smoothly and easily leaving your skin soft & smooth without any heavy residue left behind. I honestly have never used a scrub so regularly... because others often feel like a big task. Now I have no more excuses. You can use as often as you need depending on what your skin care needs are. Very happy with this product!
I love the new polisher!! The smell is amazing it looks so cute when it comes out. A little bit really does go along way! The only thing I would change is instead of being a screw cap I would like to see it in the future with a Flip cap. Just to be easier in the shower.
Soon. The Polisher is being reformulated, and it is sold out until the new formula is ready. Check back here or join our email list, and we will let you know when it restocks.
What is changing in the new formula?
The new Polisher uses pumice for physical exfoliation, glycolic and lactic acids for gentle chemical exfoliation, and glycerin for hydration. It no longer contains pecan shell, so it is nut free, and it will be made in the USA by a woman owned manufacturer.
How does The Polisher help with ingrown hairs?
Ingrown hairs often form when dead skin builds up over the follicle and the hair curls back under it. Pumice buffs that buildup away while glycolic and lactic acids loosen the dead skin cells, so hair can grow through the surface, which helps prevent ingrown hairs between waxes.
How often should I use The Polisher?
Two or three times a week, starting 24 to 48 hours after your wax. It is a more active exfoliant than a sugar scrub, so it is not meant for daily use.
What is the difference between The Polisher and Sugar Body Scrub?
The Polisher combines pumice with glycolic and lactic acids for deeper exfoliation, while Sugar Body Scrub uses fine sugar and plant oils with no acids. Choose The Polisher for rough, bumpy skin, and Sugar Body Scrub for gentler exfoliation or an acid free routine.
Do I need sunscreen when I use The Polisher?
Yes, on any skin that sees the sun. Glycolic and lactic acids can make skin more sensitive to the sun, so use sunscreen on exposed areas while you use it and for a week afterward.
