A vajacial is a facial for the bikini area, and it is one of the easiest services to add to a waxing menu because everything it needs is already part of good aftercare. The Vajacial Kit packages that routine for the treatment room: Simply Pure Body Wash to cleanse and a Silicone Cactus Scrubber to gently exfoliate, then your choice of Truth Serum or Smooth Operator and a few drops of Plain Jane Nourishing Oil to finish.

Every kit includes an 8 oz Simply Pure Body Wash, a 100 ml Truth Serum spray or a 100 ml Smooth Operator glass pump bottle, a small Silicone Cactus Scrubber in pink or turquoise, and Plain Jane Nourishing Oil. The Large kit comes with the 8 oz back bar size of Plain Jane with a pump, sized for many services, and the Small kit comes with a 1 oz bottle, which is a good way to try the service before you commit to the larger size. Plain Jane is fragrance free, and every product in the kit is nut free.

Truth Serum is acid free and built on botanicals, and it is the serum we recommend for sensitive skin and for clients who are pregnant or nursing. Smooth Operator uses salicylic, glycolic, and lactic acids and is the stronger choice for clients who struggle with stubborn ingrowns. Many pros keep both on hand and choose per client.

You are the professional, so how you offer the vajacial is up to you. Some pros perform it right before a wax, and others book it as its own service on a different day. We do not recommend one over the other; lean on your experience, your education, and what you know about each guest's skin to decide what is best for them.

How to perform a vajacial

Apply a small amount of Simply Pure Body Wash to the bikini area and massage it in gentle circles with the Cactus Scrubber to lift away dead skin, then remove every trace of the wash with a warm, damp towel and pat the skin dry. If you are pairing the vajacial with a wax, this is when you wax, and the scrubber is never used on freshly waxed skin. If you are booking it as its own service, choose a day when the skin has settled after the last wax. Apply Truth Serum or Smooth Operator and let it dry completely, then massage a few drops of Plain Jane Nourishing Oil into the area. Warm towels and quiet music make those extra minutes feel like a treat. Clean and disinfect the Cactus Scrubber between clients.

Before your client leaves, walk them through the same routine at home: cleanse with Simply Pure, apply their serum once a day, and finish with Nourishing Oil. Remind your client to skip tight clothing for the rest of the day and to wait 24 to 48 hours before exfoliating.
