Some stylists move through Step 1 faster because of how often they perform full lifts, while others reach for Step 3 more frequently as a standalone conditioning treatment between services. We still recommend starting with the ten pack of all three steps together if you are new to this system, since it gives you a complete, balanced supply to learn the protocol and get a feel for how each step performs.
